Objects of desire

Mooklops $59.95 The love child of the two iconic brands, Mooks and Dunlop Volley, has hit the Sydney streets running. This funky revamp of the iconic sandshoe comes in a range of prints from blue seagulls on white, digital pixels on black and brown birds on yellow, earning this old fella a new generation of Volleyphiles. We're dubbing it the Mooklop range.

Lego Necklace $19
This iconic toy is capable of building so much more than robots and space stations; it builds character! Toy inspired accessories are popping up in all quarters - hell, we spotted a Boba Fett mask at Purple Sneakers the other night - making this simple yet striking necklace a bit of a must have. Wear it with flare.

Stallion lamp $199
Clearly more Black Beauty than Mr Ed (but with a dash of Phar Lap's mettlesome sex appeal), this elegant objet d'art comes in both black and white and radiates a subtle luminescence as well as a dynamic chic. Not that size matters, but check out the life size version of this lamp in the Polo Lounge of Will and Toby's, Oxford Street Darlinghurst.
